When attending an Actors event in London, why are you best to choose Surviving Actors? The answer is simple - variety and value!

In one place you can get advice from top Industry players (either in a group or one-to-one), get practical by partaking in workshops, discover opportunities for flexible actor friendly ‘in between’ jobs and even get the chance to put all you’ve learned into action auditioning for a paid role in a Feature Film.

Renowned theatre casting director, Charlotte Sutton, joins us for a Q&A Session on Casting for Stage. Having such an extensive career casting in major Theatres across the UK and having also worked in casting at the National Theatre, Charlotte offers her two cents on how the actor can put their best foot forward. Find out how to prepare for auditions and understand what the CD is looking for. This fantastic seminar allows for you, the actor, to ask any burning questions you may have to one of the UK’s top CDs.  BOOK NOW.

Looking for a straight talking seminar? Artistic Director Shane Dempsey and Theatre Practitioner Brian Astbury offer a frank discussion about the reality of the Theatre Industry. With so many students graduating from Drama School each year, it is becoming increasingly difficult to be seen and to succeed. But one notable difference between Stage and Screen is that creating your own work with little to no money is much more feasible in theatre. Having trained as an actor and writer, now director Shane Dempsey recommends that when work does not come to you, make your own work. So get some actor friends along and get the top tips on how you can collaborate and make your career last. BOOK NOW.

Whether you’re trained or not, you can get a taster for a unique technique called PEM. Sarah Victoria (PEM practitioner) will divulge how to access some of key emotional states so that you will be able to apply them to your craft. No more crocodile tears or hallow happiness - this one-hour workshop will guide you to overcome blockage and to find the genuine emotion in your acting. BOOK NOW.

Best of all the opportunity to explore, meet and greet is free! FREE general admission all day! Our Seminars & Workshops are an incredible bargain at £6 considering usual London prices (£££)! We do recommend you take a look at what we have on offer and get booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

So, come along, see for yourself why Surviving Actors has become the biggest event of the year for Actors!
